I am a certified Transformative Coach (triple accredited by the ICF, EMCC and AC), an EMCC Senior Practitioner (Global Individual Accreditation Level) and a professional member of the EMCC. I follow the ICF and EMCC code of ethics, and have regular supervision. I also have a 20 year background in marketing and communications, am certified in Therapeutic Studies and hold a 2:1 BA Hons in Politics from Exeter University.

My coaching focuses on collaborating with clients in a calm, open environment to help them identify strengths, overcome challenges, and position themselves for success in achieving their goals.
I specialize in the creative (marketing, media, public relations, design) and property sector. However, I can work with individuals in any industry to help them achieve their career goals.
A coaching session lasts for 60 minutes and is usually carried out via Zoom, but I am also able to hold face-to-face sessions if preferable.
Yes. A coaching session is 100% confidential. I adhere to the ICF and EMCC code of ethics, which includes client confidentiality at all times.

There is no minimum number of sessions you have to commit to. Coaching is about working together with you for as long as you need to reach your goal. This could take one session or it could take 10. On average, clients usually work with me for approximately six sessions.
